I’m a firm believer that cleanliness is key to good customer service. There were some areas that were not clean. So I used my sanitizer and Clorox wipes to wipe down the countertops and rest room. The majority of the room was clean. Overall there was a good attempt to clean the room. I’m sorry I’m a very clean person. The desk clerks were very helpful and professional. "
