"Very nice house with large spaces, excellent beds and a big backyard. In a great neighborhood with a park nearby. Close to downtown and lots of fun things to do in McKinney. My only complaint is with communication and check in and check out process. If communication improves it’s a perfect place."

"The home was very clean and accurately described in the listing. The only problem was that the bed in the master bedroom was very LOUD. It makes horrible noises at the slightest movement which made it hard to get a good night sleep. It was difficult to tell where the noise was coming from, perhaps somewhere in the structure but hard to tell. This may sound nit-picky but I had to sleep on it and I wasn't able to get much sleep."

"This property has a lot of comfortable space and an excellent backyard for pets. The kitchen is modern and easy to cook in. It is missing little things like hot pads, dish towels, wine opener. Kitchen bar furniture needs repair/replacement. Hot water does not work for primary tub. Dishwasher needs repair."
