Esta unidad de la planta baja le permite caminar directamente desde su patio privado por el paseo marítimo hacia las arenas blancas de la playa. ¡La conveniencia de nunca tener que esperar un elevador no se puede superar! Justo en frente de la unidad hay 2 piscinas, una piscina para niños, una bañera de hidromasaje, un putting green, una cancha de tenis y, por supuesto, ¡la fantástica playa! Usted tiene una hermosa vista del océano desde la unidad. Over all pretty clean with comfortable furniture. Unable to open refrigerator and microwave doors fully due to layout of kitchen. Owner was very responsive with the 1 minor issue we had regarding tv. We stayed for 2 months.

Great family vacation spot

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great and our kids really loved having the pool and tennis courts as options in addition to the beach. We enjoyed being on the ground floor with easy access to the pool and beach. The only unsatisfactory part is that power washing and construction was taking place and the patio for our unit was caged in by metal barricades and surrounded on the side and above by scaffolding. The noise and the debris made the patio unusable which was very disappointing but understandably out of the host’s control. We would go back!

Blissful

The condo may be small, but it was wonderful. The location on the ground floor gave us great beach access. The unit was very clean. One piece of advice. Replace your TV with a smart TV. They are cheap and people can access their own video through Air Play.

Great bottom floor condo

Lovely condo on the ground floor you can walk out right to the pool or boardwalk to get to the beach. Very clean and Leah was quick to respond to any questions we had. Gulf shores businesses short trip away and close to the ferry to visit Dauphin Island.

Amazing

This little spot was nothing short of amazing. We did a little short getaway last second and got lucky with this place. Beach, tennis, pool, basketball, golf, restaurant, bar, walking trails, etc etc etc. And the condo was very very clean… Message to the owner… If you ever consider selling any of your ground level condos please contact me. We’re pre approved and looking for something exactly like you have. Thank you for the great stay

Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property being right outside the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores was a big plus for us. There are plenty of dining options in the area close to the resort too, that don’t require getting into the busier areas. My top 3 favorite things about this property were the proximity to the beach, having a washer and dryer, and an indoor pool. The only things I think could be improved were having more blankets available, my kids were cold in their bunks, and the remotes cold definitely be updated. All things considered, I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and convenient

The #1 thing about this property is that it is super clean. The linens are commercially washed, the condo is spotless and all of the cooking/dining utensils are in good shape. This unit is centrally located within the property, the ground floor location makes access to the beach & pools very convenient. The tennis court in front of this unit is often in use, but it is quiet (and actually entertaining to watch). The indoor pools are a plus (& much needed in February). Check-in process was very easy; Leah was very clear in her communications and directions. Note - it is a small unit; I would recommend this for a couple or family with 2 young children. The only things I would suggest are a couple of blankets or comforters and some new remotes for the TV's. If you are not familiar with this area - this location is about 15-20 minutes from the main Gulf Shores/Orange Beach drag, but within 10 minutes of 3 golf courses. If you want to be away from the hustle & bustle or play golf, this is a good location for you. I would consider this property again and highly recommend.

You will love it here!

We stay at this exact condo at least 3 times a year. It is such a relaxing getaway. The condo is always clean and well stocked with all the kitchen things, sand toys for the littles and usually even a beach chair or two! It is ground floor and just steps away from pickle ball, swimming pool, hot tub and the beach. You will love it here! Nice quiet beach and Sassy Bass restaurant on the property makes for a lovely vacation.

A Nightmare that Turned into a Blessing

This unit we rented was infected with roaches when we arrived, we called the local number that was requested if you were not happy with cleanliness, but of course no response. Later on throughout the first evening we kept seeing more and more roaches in the kitchen and living room and felt disgusted. We messaged the property manager and thankfully she responded almost immediately! Unfortunately we had to spend our first night in that unit, but her other unit opened up that next morning and was available for the remainder of our stay. She requested to move us there at no extra charge, along with offering a free extra night and a later checkout time. Unfortunately, we couldn’t accept either generous offer due to other time commitments, but we gladly moved into the other unit the next morning. The other unit was marvelous for us! It was more updated with appliances, visually more appealing, and thankfully roach free! The owner also mentioned to us that she would have the roach infection in her other unit take care of immediately and that pest control would come out to spray that same morning that we moved out of it. In summary, our first night was horrendous but the rest of the trip was fantastic! Had a great time. Thank you again Leah!

Enjoyable visit

We enjoyed our visit! The property was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in was quick and painless! The beach access was nice and not terribly crowded. The hosts were friendly, prompt to respond and helpful.

Great location!!

Great first floor location with easy access to the pools and beach. The grassy area just of the patio was great for tossing football and giving kids some extra space while watching from the patio. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We definitely plan to go back!

Perfect for young/small family

Ground floor is convenient and easy for the going to And from beach with kids toys, wagon, etc. we have our own but the condo has a locker of sand toys for use. Condo has many games and puzzles for young children . The kitchen is adequately equipped. This was our 2nd stay and would book again.

Highly recommended property! The owner was a 10 out of 10 to deal with and the condo was just perfect for an individual, couple, or small family. This was my first time staying in Fort Morgan and will definitely not be the last; loved the area!

My Happy Place!!

We once again had an amazing time!!! The owner is the best with responding almost immediately to any messages you leave her. Unfortunately, this time the salt water pool was closed due to unforseen issues. Regardless, we still loved being there. We have already been discussing next year's visit.

Overall Nice Stay - Minor Inconveniences

We encountered a few minor inconveniences which in themselves were not bad but would have been good to know ahead of time. The lamp in the bedroom didn’t work (we tried changing out the bulbs but no luck, it didn’t work), the only blankets on the beds were very thin and there were no extra, thicker blankets (we were there for spring break and it was cold at night; we ended up using the thin blankets we brought and taking blankets off other beds), and the coffee pot was a standard coffee pot and filters were not included (we ended up having to buy filters just for this pot, which seems like a waste and would have been nice if provided). Overall, we enjoyed it but just wanted to note those things that could be improved. The location was great and very easy to get to the beach and the owner was very responsive to my questions!

Perfect beach getaway!

Beautiful view, great for family with little ones. Several pools and just steps away from the beach. We love the peaceful atmosphere amidst the busy Gulf Shores. The best restaurant in the area is located on the property, definitely one of our favorite parts, we love walking to breakfast, lunch or dinner at Sassy Bass. This condo is stocked with all the essentials. I love that there are sand toys and beach chairs for use. Our family has been coming to this condo for years. Truly a home away from home.

Perfect Getaway

The owner was extremely helpful when booking. She offered additional nights at a discounted rate that enabled us to extend our trip. The unit was in a perfect location. We loved being on ground floor with the indoor pool, hot tub, and restaurant all within a short walking distance. We made good use of the puzzles, games and tennis rackets. I will definitely look in to booking this unit in the future.

Happy Daze

The weather forecast was terrible but never materialized. We had beautiful weather, warm enough for the beach all week. Our place was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed being able to walk right out to the pool or beach. Our host was very pleasant and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
