"The room was very spacious, felt like a studio apartment. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows soft. There were black-out curtains. The AC was a challenge for us to get right at night. Breakfast was served buffet-style, offering a wide selection each morning, including eggs, sausages, sweet rolls, muffins, toast, and a variety of juices and teas. I appreciated that coffee was available throughout the day. However, we were disappointed that the restaurant wasn't always open in the evening. There were "grab and go" items available all day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. I liked that the parking was free."

"The main issue I came across was the tv didn’t work, we were unsure about wifi and the faucet turn on valve was loose making it harder to use. We always had parking infront of our room and check in and check out was super fast and simple. The staff we interacted with for check in/out were super nice and helpful about food options around us. We absolutely plan to stay here for our trip out next time"

"This property is always my first choice when visiting Grass Valley. Two blocks off Main Street making for an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The staff is always so helpful and cheerful. Rooms are excellent and there is a good breakfast assortment,especially the 'womlettes' make to order. Locally owned and operated. Lovely gardens."
