The sight of the mountains out your windows was just beautiful. The town and all the people couldn't have been kinder,just like family.

During checkin, I was given room keys. Went there with my luggage to find that the room has not been cleaned after the previous boarder checked out. Later, I was given two more room keys, one after another anther. The same. Finally, fourth allotted room was fine. The Receptionist was not at all apologetic for this mixup. Looks like there was lapse of communication between housekeeping staff and Reception (who allots rooms).

Easy to locate. Very clean. Staff considerate. Love the pool! Did not like the breakfast (COVID) your other breakfast before COVID were great though. Looking forward to them in the future. Thanks for being a big player in our vacation going well.

The Hampton Inn in Moab is a nice place to stay and is very much in parallel with the upkeep and comfort of other Hampton Inns I have visited.
