"The rooms were clean but the hotel was being renovated, so the lobby and elevator was in poor condition. Housekeeping was vacuuming the floor right outside room before late check out. The vacuum is mad loud. I think it’s time for a new one. Overall my stay was ok. The hotel served its purpose for an overnight stay. "

Beyond that, customer service was lacking. Staff rarely smiled or engaged with us, and when we went to the bar after last call, there was no effort to accommodate even a simple request. While the property itself is beautiful and new, the hospitality was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, and I think management needs to make major changes in staffing and approach."
