This place is great if you are doing the OG Sound of Music Tour as the meeting point is only a few minutes walk. Staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was great. Wonderful stay and we would stay again if back in Salzburg!

They welcomed The guest with Mozart chocolate. The staff is super friendly and assisted in each and every way. I was new to Salzburg and the staff helped me to plan my tour at Salzburg. One thing they should improve is, alarm calls in the morning which they completely forgot about.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced - and while it tasted okay - not worth the bill. Also, be wary of the food/drinks in the room - these are mini bar items you must pay for - but this is not advertised anywhere! I definitely would not pay 4 euros for a small bag of plain chips! A Bonus was that you could store luggage for free after you checked out (but at your own risk - it is just in the lobby next to the desk out in the open). "
