Mermaid Lookout Beachfront Condo

This bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom will be your happy place! Spectacular views from balcony, living area, and master bedroom. Sleeps 6 comfortably. The Dawn Condos are located directly on the Seawall with 2 resort pools (one is heated) and hot tub. Master bedroom has very comfortable queen bed and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located in the loft area overlooks the living room and shares the ocean view. Close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Complex is gated with additional pedestrian access from the Seawall with plenty of unassigned parking. Kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dinnerware.
The unit is located on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. Parking pass is $40 for a 1-3-night stay or $50 for 4 or more nights per vehicle. The Dawn Condominiums was awarded Best Condominium Rental on the Island for 2023.

Our family came to Galveston as a Christmas present to the kids instead of doing a bunch of gifts. The Mermaid Lookout more than exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. Great view, clean, spacious and a quick walk to the pool, hot tub, and beach. The condo was well stocked and had everything we could need for our stay. We would definitely stay at the Mermaid Lookout again! 10/10 would recommend.

Loved the mermaid lookout

We had a wonderful week at the Mermaid Lookout. Location is close to everything without feeling in the middle of it all. Easy access to the beach and the pools are great. Would love to stay here again. Our daughter loved the Mermaid theme and views from the Loft bedroom. Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot.

The house was clean and cute! We had everything we needed. Julie, our host, was easy to get a hold of and so helpful. It was right across from the beach. Beautiful view! And they had sand toys, boogie boards, and other beach things. That was really nice for our kids to play with. They also loved the fun spiral staircase to their own room upstairs. The Condo was exactly as advertised and allowed my family to have a great weekend away. Walking distance to the beach and Wal-Mart across the street. Everything in the condo worked great, was clean and was comfortable. We would stay here again if we come back to Galveston.

Magnificent for my mermaids

This location was perfect for our family who love the ocean and shelling at the beach. The amenities were great and worked well, it was clean and mostly quiet. Beds were comfy and this space comfortably slept everyone. We would love to stay there again.

This is our 4th time staying at The Dawn. We usually have a great time. Different rentals each stay. This host was the beat so far. Very easy to communicate and get help/answers. The only issue with this stay was that there was a large gathering at the larger pool, which is where most people enjoy swimming, but the crown was loud and took made the relaxing environment we hoped for to be more stressful. Otherwise, the stay was great. Jody in the office was a delight.
