"We loved being able to have a view of the Lake from our room. The check-in staff was so friendly and enthusiastic, great energy! We found the room a little small overall for something that was higher priced than normal, and it was tricky to move along the side of the bed on the window side, and although it was great that the bathroom was en-suite, it was so tiny and a bit too near the bed. The breakfast was fine, with a good range of items to choose from a self-serve counter, helped the day off to a good start."

"We have stayed at this property before - it is now called the Royal Annecy Privie Lodge - on arrival the receptionist was very professional and ensured that we understood everything about the property, we had reserved parking on site and had a room with a small balcony very welcome in the heat the bedroom equipped with small kitchen refrigerator and hob on suite bathroom. Everything was spotless and very accommodating. We were travelling with a small dog and they made us all feel welcome. There is a lift in this property The accommodation is a short walk to the lake and numerous shops cafes restaurants and bars all serving delicious food"

"This is an excellent hotel! The hotel is full service but also a quick walk to the historic center of Annecy. So the best of both worlds. We appreciated being able to reserve and pay to park our car in their small underground garage. The morning breakfast is not included but you have a choice between a very good buffet on the hotel terrace overlooking the lake or grab and go items at the small cafe in the lobby. The pool was a highlight as it was quite warm. The pool was a perfect temperature with sun loungers and a bar for spritz up the stairs. The rooms were nicely appointed with nice linens and good hanging space. And good air conditioning!!!"

"Room was spacious and cleaned daily which was nice. The pool area was lovely to come back to each day. Little things like no conditioner in the bathroom, no mini fridge or milk, despite having a coffee machine, would make a difference. The balcony was lovely to sit out on in the late afternoon."
