Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there for a week. The breakfast and especially the dinner (half board) were excellent. Love what they offered, free crapes, other sweets (muffins, hot apple cider, hot red wine) and 24 hrs access to sparkling water & other coffee drinks and hot chocolate. The spa was great with 2 steam rooms, sauna, ice room (we didn’t use it), swimming pool and a jacuzzi. I also enjoyed sampling different beauty products after each spa. The location is near Chamonix Villa and was convenient to walk to the bus stop ( Chamonix Sud). All staff were very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay in Chamonix for our 5 day ski trip. Loved the thoughtful touches such as free coffee, hot chocolate, and water refills. Helpful staff, spotless spa, and very attentive room cleaning and service. Only a short walk to the Sud bus station for ski buses and the Geneva airport bus

One of the best hotels I have stayed in for years. The service was phenomenal, the staff couldn’t have been more accomodating. Unfortunately as our stay was short and I was a little bit sick, we didn’t get to use all the amenities being the spa/gym which looked high spec from a having a view. Will definitely be going to stay here again and recommending to friends and family.

The location was nice, the hot drink dispenser was nice and the spa was enjoyable, although when there is a lot of people there at the same time- it’s not as enjoyable. Not much parking so having to park elsewhere was a bit of a pain

Mattieu from Reception was really very kind, we booked half board, stunning starter and dessert but mains were disappointing for all 4 of us, lacked flavour and very overcooked, but the rooms are cosy and warm and hotel gives wonderful crepes, popcorn and coffee (free of charge) which is a lovely surprise. I do believe bathrooms are in need of an update though. Spa is lovely, would be nice to have a gym too. But I really must comment the breakfast staff, this was a top quality breakfast which I highly recommend. Overall not a bad stay but room for improvement.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is great and has everything you need. There’s a coffee machine in reception that you can use 24/7. There’s also filtered water in reception so you don’t have to buy bottled water constantly. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless. The spa is also great - especially after days of running. The location is perfect. Right in the centre but there’s no noise. We will be coming back to Chamonix next year and will be booking this hotel again.
