One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is great and has everything you need. There’s a coffee machine in reception that you can use 24/7. There’s also filtered water in reception so you don’t have to buy bottled water constantly. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless. The spa is also great - especially after days of running. The location is perfect. Right in the centre but there’s no noise. We will be coming back to Chamonix next year and will be booking this hotel again.

Loved just about everything! The staff was very helpful, courteous, friendly. The amenities were wonderful! The breakfast was outstanding. The location was perfect for a start and end on the TMB. The room was comfortable except for no ac on some warm days. The coffee and water bar were appreciated. The spa area was also a nice addition. Would highly recommend except on hot days. We did order a fan but for the room but it helped minimally.

Too many nice things to say… - Friendly - Helpful - Great location to town and bus stop - if you are going to spend money on a nice dinner try the half board… the 2 restaurants onsite were amazing and the Breakfast Buffet was hardy and plentiful - Stored my luggage for free for 11 days and had it in my room when I returned - Coffee machine in the lobby 24/7… lattes, hot choc and more - even an umbrella on the rainy afternoon
