You get what you pay. And even then…not much.

Budget hotel. Rooms are small and barebones. I booked a double bed but what I got was two twin beds pushed together to make a double bed but essentially with two twin mattresses. While breakfast is generous in variety for the price, the quality begs improvement. The AC was set at 26C and no matter how you change the thermostat the temperature won’t change nor will the fan blow air. Parking is limited so scramble to get there as early in the evening as possible to get a spot and then don’t move your car. I had to check out one day early (after staying there 6 nights) because of my wife’s illness back home but they wanted me to contact the doctor past midnight in USA to get a medical certificate for them to refund me one night’s stay I guess $56 were more important to them than an appreciative customer.

Beautiful view. Rooms are not fancy, but are clean. We have stayed twice at Rocky Pop. Great staff, amazing French Breakfast! Would return for sure! Highly recommended for the price.

This was the weirdest place I have ever stayed. It was very quiet even though there were kids toys all over, so there were lots of kids, but still quiet. Breakfast was ok. Halls are very dark and only light up after you walk a bit down the hall. Odd Nintendo game feel. Best priced place.

If you like Club Med , then this is for you !

Booked on App , only rooms with mezzanine floors available . Highly unsuitable for tall people . This should be made clear on app . Complained and was moved to a better room . Concerned that on app when booking, breakfast option offered for additional 20.10 euros however at the hotel you can purchase the same for 15 euros ! There’s no where to sit down in the room except on unstable red cube seats with no back , nowhere quiet to sit in hotel as bar extremely busy and noisy . Breakfast service and dinner service chaotic , but plenty of options nearby with better service and pricing

Great space outside of Chamonix.

Nice and quiet with a great view, restaurant, bar, outside lounge area, game room, bands, and helpful staff. Bus to Chamonix right across the street was convenient too.
