We checked in late but I called ahead and when we got here they had given away our King room. I had booked my room 3 months ago and they gave us a double room that was dirty and out dated. The carpet was gross and the curtains were shredded. My sheets were wet. Other than that the hotel is nice outside the room and the breakfast was great. I would have asked for a different room had we not flown for 10 hours and it wasn’t 2 in the morning.

Guests have to PAY for parking in addition to the hotel costs AND even if you pay for the room in full, you are still required to put an additional $100 deposit. I reserved my room bc my delayed flight had me arriving at 2am. With a 1.5hr drive home, this seemed to be the best option. The hotel is very old large and is showing signs of wear. The carpet looks old and worn, the elevator near my room was broken; the credit card terminal was not working. The young man at the front desk did not appear to take pride in his appearance. I was exhausted and had to walk super far to another elevator bc the one at the front desk wasn’t working. It was a horrible experience bc my room on the 3rd floor but was right above the check in desk…. so I walked a mile to the working elevator and then a mile back to my room. I had called days before and asked that my reservation be noted that I was arriving at 2pm from a flight so why didn’t they put me on the first floor close to the door? The shower was also grimy. It was the little things that made me feel like I will not be staying here again.
