This Hotel was the most overpriced place I've ever stayed. Very outdated and not clean. The rooms were comical, bathroom was terrible, we didn't even want to shower in there. I paid $350.00 for one night, this is at best a $150.00 a night place.

Not mentioned is $30 to park. Not a single trash can had bags. Still using bagged coffee pots in rooms. TV smaller than a 1 star hotel.

Area was perfect for the event. Check in deposit was not explained properly, no cart for luggage, over 400 guest, minimum elevators were working. To unpin return free m events and checkout it took over 1/2 hours to get to and from room due to only 3 elevators working. Ice was told to be on all floors. However it was only available on some floors. Overall I don’t believe the hotel was prepared for the amount of guest they booked.

We used this hotel for the Taylor swift concert. We had a terrible delay in check in, to the point where we couldnt get our keys until AFTER the concert. I had to get ready in the lobby. Once we were able to get into our room - a suite none the less - it was disgusting. There was dried puke on the wall and curtains, used soap in the shower, no toilet paper and no large towels. We tried calling the front desk to address the situation and no one answered. I will never stay here again.
