LOWKL does a good job with mid-range extended stay properties. That are all near a beach, reasonably priced and near numerous amenities. I've used them 2-3 times and I'll use them again.

I was very happy with this property. Upon arrival, everything was clean and modern. It was much larger than I had anticipated. Two bedrooms and the living room plus a full kitchen with dining area was an amazing way to spend a long weekend. The staff was attentive every time I reached out they replied within one to two minutes. Definitely will go back here and highly recommend it.

The property locates in a quiet and safe area. The beach is in walking distance, about half an hour walk. Grocery store and shopping centers and nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

A great property, very spacious inside with excellent communication. Check in and check out are pretty much automated, and the units are neat and tidy. Definitely within walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, etc..

The overall experience was good enough. We were looking for a place with a kitchen, living room and pool not a far drive to the beach. The location was great lots of dining, and shops in walking distsmce. We booked a King Bed and arrived to a Queen. They moved us the next day.....we wished we stayed as the queen bed waz amazing and apt was much cleaner and in better cindition. Our new place had mold on bathroom ceiling and it just looked worn down. The furniture in both places waa cheap and sofas not comfy. The pool and grounds were maintained well and you could smell Jasmine each evening. The price we paid was under $150 so it was a good value. The company Lowkal has many older apt complexes convert to rentals and a a central mgt service that answer the phone and help.

Everything was great but no perfect because of the noise of repairing property in certain hours during the days. But still much better than the last time that I was there in October where the noise started around 10 am until 5 pm and it was for my last 5 days there and it was a terrible noise that you could not ignore at all but this time no so much just few hours during the day usually from 2 or 3 pm until 5 pm. I have been in several properties of this company and it has been excellent. From all of them this is my favorite for the location and distribution of the apartment except the noise to repair the property but try to do it all at once because this is my second time facing this problem even though better than before in October.

Great stay

This was my very first experience booking this one king studio unit. After registration, I received a text message o gain access to the property. The property was clean and ready. Full kitchen and it just felt like i left my home and entered another home. Check out was extremely easy just check out via text. I will rebook again. You can communicate via text or the app and they are very responsive and respectful.

I’ve read a lot of reviews and I’m surprised. I’ve stayed at many hotels and apartments/houses in the past 10-12 years. I can say this about the recent stay at the Jasmine, the 1 bedroom was spacious and extremely clean. It was very well maintained. Location is perfect to airport, shopping and dining.
