Either be a hotel or be a low income rental property. I have never been to a place where I need to check out and wait for them to check my room before I can leave. This in no way is a hotel and I would not recommend it…unless you are in need of a place to live due to unforeseen circumstances. Even then there has to be a better option.

Looked nice from the outside, but terrible inside. There were roaches. We packed our things, left and asked for a refund.

It was not the experience I was expecting the staff was great but the property still looks like it need work done .I had roaches everywhere coming out the toilet and all from under the bed the sink i couldn't cook or sit my luggage down without roaches crawling around or into so overall i was very disappointed in my visit..

I am sure, both my spouse and I, were bitten by something in bed - there were drunk people 'hanging out' in the walkways - young people sat in a group on the first floor porch drinking and throwing their empty bottles everywhere - I felt really, really unsafe further demonstrated by the fact that everything was closed around us at 2000 in the evening. The AC was noisy and cluncky and the bedding must be as old as the USA - I am sure you would be able to read a Newspaper through the sheets!! I will never stay in a HomeTowne Studio Hotel again.

I make my reservation few days in advance and when I got there the staff cancel my reservation because my credit card did not went through. I find that hard to believe since that is the credit card that I have on file and I never receve any email about cancelation or anything. I book another room without pilows... I will never reccomend that hotel. You guys should investigate why the cancel my reservation wothout any notification. I stay there because I did not have any other choise since it was new year eve.
