"Room was clean but the south-facing windows were covered to with some kind of shade cloth on the outside , which looked terrible and prevented guests to look out of the window. This made me feel somewhat claustrophobic , especially since I just came from a hotel in Richmond that had no window at all. The complimentary breakfast was great , excellent choices , and great service and clean-up The complimentary shuttle was prompt and service excellent ."

"Didn't like the quality of the food in the restaurant of the hotel. It was just like eating a TV dinner. Also there was a weird rule regarding the availability of coffee in the afternoon and evenings. The staff at the restaurant was good, pleaseant and friendly; but the food...terrible. You need to get a real chef, get really good food, make room service quicker , and then you will have a better facility."

"It was clean. When I had a question and housekeeping did not know what I was saying (language barrier) w/o me skiing she went and going someone to help. I truly appreciate that. Thank you for everything. Thank you to the GM for helping me get to the property by way of the hotel shuttle. The shuttle driver who is also over the breakfast was very helpful and so nice.
