"It looks like a restaurant on the outside but it’s also a hotel, so that is a bit confusing at first. The building is older but the room was clean bathroom was huge, had room coffee and bottled water, and the staff was very nice. Very close to the beach. The restaurant downstairs is popular. The area is very convenient although noisy at night because of its proximity to so many venues. Which is not a bad thing if you’re there to enjoy the nightlife. They also have a pool which I didn’t get to use but it looked cool. It had a clear wall so you could people watch. It’s a perfect place to stay in Miami Beach experience and for adults. I don’t know if they have a gym I didn’t ask. "

"The President Hotel was amazing!! My husband and I enjoyed the this hotel so much!! We received a complementary drink with our stay! The staff was amazing also the hospitality room service was fast and reliable! The roof top pool was great and it’s all so close to the beach!! We will be returning soon!!"
