Key cards were incorrectly deactivated TWICE during a 5-night stay, necessitating extra trips to the Front Desk so we could get into our room. Housekeeping is NOT daily, as the hotel description says on Hotels.com; it was performed only after 3 nights (that seems like a rather long interval), and then it was incomplete (e.g., ice bucket was not emptied). While one could request needed items via a door hanger between housekeeping visits, we did not receive the items we specified. Bathroom sink was nearly clogged, emptied extremely slowly. BEWARE: there is a $15/nt. parking fee + tax that is not included in the Hotels.com pricing, although it is listed in the "At A Glance" section. "
