The staff was friendly. The room was clean but the toilet and shower ran and leaked. We requested a quiet room but were given a room beside an exit door that was very loud when it closed. Kept us up until midnight our second night. The location was nice and convenient to historic district, beach and fort clinch.

The staff is amazing so nice and friendly. The 3rd floor was super loud with kids running back and forth screaming. The room is adjacent to the alley and trash man comes at 5:30 and super loud. No breakfast the first morning. The room also has a knocking sound that comes on periodically. The

Room smelled bad and bathroom was stinky. Water leaked from the tub. Rusty hinges, and dirt accumulated in the corners. Overall disgusting cleanliness level.Two queen suite did not feel like a suite at all but rather a small room crammed with furniture. Breakfat quality was terrible, and so was customer service. Do not recommend at all.
