The room was simply beautiful. They treated our little dog like he was a king. He had his own very special welcoming package along with us. We had a special welcome package as well. The staff was warm, friendly, professional, and engaged. It’s a great hotel in an excellent spot and very hip.

Good variety of cooking equipment. Everything clean. One problem: garbage disposal did not work. The light on one side of the bed did not work. All employees were professional and friendly. Liked that you allowed employees possible shorter schedule for TG holiday; did not impact our service.

I have been booking this hotel since 2014. I like this hotel because it is very clean, comfy, and close to everything that you need: shopping mall, plaza, restaurants, and Wegmans supermarket as well as Walmart.
