Studio Apartment located in a private home in the Lakloey Hill area. This is brand new construction. There is a Private Entrance on the side and the apartment is soundproofed from the rest of the house with in-floor heat. The apartment opens on a private courtyard filled with flowers during the summer. There are two queen size beds and a private bathroom. Amenities include a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, television with ROKU, and a table that seats 4.
Located in a quiet county neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Plenty of parking and vehicle plug-ins for wintertime. Great for Aurora Viewing. On the way to Chena Hot Springs.
Pets are welcome with a one time $25 pet fee.
