Comfortable and clean rooms. Many restaurants within 1-2 block walking distance. No free parking. Airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes although it isn't always at the top and bottom of the hour. Had to wait 25 minutes for the shuttle despite arriving at the pick-up point at 5:20.

Outdated hotel in Good location. Hotel abd restaurant in need of a makeover. Staff accomodated requests and shuttle operators courteous. Better food options are available 20 min walk. Parking garage is cramped and not monitored theregore many inconsiderate drivers block exits

Karen at the front desk was amazing. Rooms were not ready but she offered to hold my luggage so I could visit different locations. The room was very nice for being an older hotel. Bed was comfortable. Only issue would be the availability of food within walking distance. Was a great stay!

I have already sent my feedback to IHG I waited 30 minutes for an elevator after check in I had to return to the front desk to exit the parking garage because my room key was not properly activated Upon returning to the parking garage on three separate occasions and employee was sitting next to the gate smoking . So I smelled like his cigarette smoke when I re-entered my room

It was not a bad place to be but you have to not need anything while you are there. Looked like to be short staffed so be prepared for that. Not too far from the metro and bus services. There’s an Italian place close by that was amazing!

The Best Hotel In Arlington VA Crystal City!!
The hotel stay was excellent for me and my family!! We booked two rooms and they were extra clean and super nice!! Even the restaurant had delicious food!! Everything was walking distance!! Me and my family will stay here again in the near future!!

Unfriendly staff, along with additional unmentioned charges for parking and unforeseen damage that’s not refundable. Neither parking or unforeseen damages were mentioned when RSVPing the room, would have stayed elsewhere for the up charge it cost. Also, $11.00 for complimentary breakfast? last time I stayed with a complimentary breakfast that meant it was free; if there’s a charge it’s not a complimentary SMH There was never any damage to property and was told it’s a mandatory. We made our own bed every day and kept it cleaner than what we received. Lastly, tried checking out and was told system was rebooting and they’d email me our receipt. We left at 4:30am, it’s 6:40pm and I still haven’t received any emails with a receipt. Stay somewhere else within the area avoid this mess.
