I thought the room, property, hotel lobby, cleanliness, room and property condition, etc. were all very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment concerns the air conditioning unit in the room. It is much too loud, even on the low setting, and disruptive to a good rest.

The staff were fabulous and the location is very convenient to the Metro and restaurants. There were some opportunities in the room, like the sheets being too small for the beds (and popping off the mattress during the night), low water pressure in the shower, and a clogged drain in the sink, but the staff was very quick to correct anything in their immediate control and the room was clean.
