Staff was busy doing something on computer never looked up and acknowldged us for 4 min. Then said oh can i help u..front desk had only one person and didnt know if people could check out late or the rules. Bathtub was filthy bed was super super old and felt every spring.. room was freezing and heater didnt work right.. worst night stay ever.. plus super noisy, train outside staff loud..

Hassle checking in. When the rescervatiin was booked. I sent the hotel instructions that the room was being booked for my employee and to leave the charges on my card. AND TO CONTACT ME IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS. They did not contact me. My employee did when they wouldnt let him check in. THE PROPERTY NEEDED ME TO SIGN FORMS WHICH THEY COULD EMAIL TO ME. THAT SOUNDS LIKE A PROBLEM. THEY SHOUKD HAVE CONTACTED ME.

Hotel is old and in need of repair. Stains on counters, old carpets, bottom of bathroom door curled up.
