Room was recently painted with new carpet. Very clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast was wonderful- delicious eggs with cheese, bacon, sausage and potatoes. Very nice for pets also!

The room was clean and the staff, for the most part friendly. Was very frustrating that the outlets and USB plugs ony side of the bed didn't work. The room way very warm and the air conditioner/fan didn't work. No matter what the thermostat was set on, warm/hot air blew out.

"I stayed Saturday through Monday and was disappointed they did not service my room during the stay. When I enquired at the desk, they said it was due to policy of doing it every other day. It was a bummer and I encourage them to rethink their policy. This is my favorite place to stay in all of Eugene...I hope you all give them a try, and that they bring back daily room service"

There’s also a train nearby that’s fairly loud. However, the hotel did provide complimentary ear plugs. Another plus was having Texas Roadhouse across the lot from the hotel. I’d stay here again. "
