Room was updated and clean. I interacted with 3 staff members who were all very friendly. The included breakfast was fine standard hotel breakfast. It was nice they had oatmilk & I think soy. The breakfast area was very clean. My room was on the 3rd floor -no elevator. Not a problem but if you have a lot of bags or mobility issues ask ahead for accommodations. The front desk did ask if the building without an elevator was ok, so I assume there are options. I did not see or hear the truck advertisement mentioned in other reviews, pleased about that

Everything was great as far as cleanliness and staff (especially in breakfast area!) Breakfast had a wide variety for everyone's tastes. The only thing I didn't like was that the booking site really doesn't explain that there are 3 buildings and Hilyard is 100 yards from main bldg and has 3 floors with NO ELEVATOR. In good weather, the distance it isn't a problem, but when it is rainy and cold, it is not so pleasant. The private balcony overlooking the creek was very peaceful. I recommend requesting first floor at the end. Also note, parking spaces are very narrow!
