"Being that it is a boutique hotel it’s great for sleeping, the beds are very comfortable. As far as any food, they have nespresso machines, and small fridges to have bottle water or whatever you would like to put in it. "Rented the beachfront property 3 months ahead. Pool was unusable, had maintenance working on it, 13 days later water was put in pool. Still leaking. Had to drain and work on again. I asked if I would be compensated, no I would not be. The beach was unusable do to all the seaweed."

"We had an ant issue in our room. I sent a text message, cause that’s how you communicate with the front desk staff. The guy sprayed something, whatever he done. It only last a few minutes. They came back. I sent another one & I also ask to speak to a supervisor. No one never call me nor came to our room to speak to us. I went on our last night of saying. Spoke to a lady at the desk told her what had happened. She said when she came on Shift, she saw a message and asked them that they take care of it. She did say I can give you another role. I told her this is our last night I was not about to pack all that stuff up just for one night. She was the only one that tried to accommodate us so the day I got ready to check out I spoke to the lady at the front desk and I explained to her I was very upset. We had came in town for my father-in-law‘s funeral and this is not our first time staying at this place, but it was the first time we experience service like this. I still asked for a call back. it’s been two weeks since I’ve been back for my trip and no call. No email no nothing about this day.we paid too much money to be treated like this. And yes I’m was very disappointed"
