Overall great stay! Staff was friendly and responsive, room was clean and we had no issues. The only thing we did not like is the bed was super uncomfortable.

The gym needs more sustenance, neither the area nor the equipment is maintained. Staffing seems to be an issue, particularly housekeeping. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the pool is awesome.

The room was humid. It smelt musty and the blankets and sheets were not changed. There was no hand soap and one of the remotes was missing. The blankets on the bed smelt like some one lacking hygiene was bundled up in them for a while before we stayed. Also the bathroom smelled like mildew.

Breakfast was good variety service not so great. Room was clean except a dirty wash rag hanging on shower head. Room was missing towels, toiletry bottles in shower empty didnt notice until inwas already in shower. I had to wait awhile for someone to being shampoo and conditioner. Was disappointed the hot tub wasnt working properly.
