However, very upset hotel policy is they charge 5 Euros to get ice. I've never stayed at any hotel where they charge for ice. The staff are forced to tell us the customer and gear our upset as they too agree it is ridiculous. Hotel management needs to fix this. It feels like a money grab and for this. I don't recommend this hotel chain unless they fix this."
