"Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the ..."

"The hotel was in a quiet suburb with a Chinese buffet restaurant opposite. Well used furniture and as a non smoking room, the evidence of burnt butt marks on the bath edges seen Noisy AC just adequate. Breakfast would have been better if omelette was provided. Good for a 3 star so no complaints."
