Cheap just ok

"Ok for the price.. smell of sewage when we entered. Left windows open all time. Kitchen utilities are basic.6 hand towels only. A kettle would be nice. Dont know if we had wifi, but was not on welcome pack. Saw cockroaches outside front door a few times.. I slept on sofa as could not tolerate snoring ..."

"It wasn't as per my booking confirmation. I was given confirmation in my booking that there was Air conditioning but the room had none. I had to make several phone calls to customer service. One of your customer service agent Rick promised to give me full refund if I wanted to check out but another ..."

"Nice apartment in a very nice complex. Bit of a pain trying to Birsasol office to get the keys. Lots of things not included such as a kettle; iron etc. They are all add-on extras and pricey. We went in early September and the pool was unheated and very cold. No good for for young kids."

"Room was dated but perfect to lay your head for the night, very spacious! we only done a 3 night break and the room fitted our needs for That. The beds were super comfy.. bathroom wasn't very clean and you need to buy your own toilet roll, but towels are supplied.. you can't moan for the price. BAD ..."
