This is a nice and comfy suite to stay in. All the items needed to prepare snacks and food. Nice big TV and reclining 2 seat couch for relaxing. Good communication with host. Very active household living upstairs. Early morning activity starting at 6:30 am. If you don't mind that, it is a great place to stay, and reasonable.

Clean, cozy space

The suite was clean, furnished, and had everything I needed for my weekend stay. Communication with the host was excellent. Location was perfect for my needs. The only downside - there was a lot of noise traveling from upstairs including a crying baby late at night and very early in the morning. The suite definitely needs better soundproofing but otherwise worked fine for me for a short stay.

Best staycation we have

We had an amazing stay at Carl's place! The apartment was exactly as described - clean, cozy, with complete amenities and in a fantastic location. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Carl, was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Check-in was a easy, and simple with all instructions. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with plenty of great restaurants and Gasoline station within walking distance. We especially loved the nearby and pet friendly area too. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Thanks again Carl for a wonderful experience!
