Scott was very responsive to every question we had. The house is spectacular. Clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, well stocked and very private. We enjoyed exploring the hills around the house and made some new friends in Hotchkiss, too.

I love this place! It’s so cozy and cute. Staff is nice. Check in was easy. Adorable little cabing style. Place is clean and decorated super cute. Nice view of the river. We stay in Delta several times a year and this is my new go to place to stay. It’s the cutest place in all of Delta.

The staff was delightful. We've stayed here twice. They even have a staff person to fix eggs to order in the breakfast room. My note to myself next time, however, is to remember to bring tip money. Such good service should be rewarded1

Cabin was very clean. Would have helped to have some sort of cleaning supplies to wipe down counters and tables. There were broken windows and the door had a huge crack making it a bit drafty. Overall for a spur of the moment camping trip it met our needs perfectly.
