The room smelled like dog urine so bad that I had to bleach and then use a hand sanitizer to be able to stay in the room

I had already paid for the room through Travelocity and got dou le charhed by Motel 6 and now have to go through the dipsute process which is very frustrating. The clerk informed me i would not be charged and was charged anyways.

They allow people to live there, which is not always desirable to be around if you get my drift, then they put the guest in the back amongst them where you don’t feel real safe . Motel 6 use to be a nice place to stay, not anymore . I will never stay again . I’ll pay the extra money for my dog

The room could have been cleaned so much better. Everything was worn especially the bathroomand looked dirty and the bedding had a nasty stain.
