"They have been updating the facility, but the housekeeping was not up to par. Our tub had a used washcloth in it. Eco friendly shampoo, etc in the bathroom except for bar soap at the sink. The corners of the room were filthy. Needs a good deep clean!!! Let the staff know, so they are aware."

"When we first got there, i saw a rat run past the desk! And when i mentioned it to the staff, they acted like it was nothing! The rat was in the same area where they served the breakfast! Then when i went down to ask for some more towels, no was at the front desk. 5 other people were there waiting. Waited for 10 minutes, pushing the call button and no one showed up. My husband went back later and there was still no one at the front desk. It was dirty and just a horrible experience."
