"Long delays for checking in even though the check in time was 4:00. Room was poorly cleaned. Shower soap and conditioner almost empty. Two dirty clothes left behind from cleaning. The linens were thin and worn. Could have been so much better!"

"Great place to stay for a Reds game. Close to restaurants and attractions. Room was great and they offered an upgrade at check in. Carpets seemed to be pretty dirty but everything else was clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. We have stayed here twice now and would return."

"Great hotel! Very clean, comfy beds. Great location. Only reason I gave it 4 stars and it’s an individual preference but you have to request if you’d like a refrigerator in the room and same for ice and ice bin. Very minor just an inconvenience. Other than that it’s a wonderful hotel!"

"Rooms were good sized and very comfy. Carpets are pretty stained. Looks like people have been rough on them. Wanted to have a night cap, but bar area was full and they werent allowing add people there. Very happy with our stay. Wish there was a mircrowave."
