"Staff were incredible, parking was easy, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Only negative is walls are thin. We could hear our neighbor snoring as if they were laying in bed with us and the ones upstairs arrived late and just their walking around had me worried it would wake my sleeping child. Otherwise excellent."

"Our family was disappointed that the pool was closed for “maintenance” - I received an email the night before our stay, stating the pool was not available. When I scheduled it a month or so before, there was nothing about the pool being unavailable. I have had this experience with other Marriott hotels in the past and it is a little frustrating. One more issue was upon checking in, I was told we were getting a room with a king bed, when I had requested 2 queens when scheduling our stay. I received email confirmation that the room had “multiple beds” after I had paid for the room. The attendant told me there were no other 2 queen beds available. I explained I had 3 adults sleeping in the room and needed 2 beds. It took him about 20 minutes or so for us to get the room I had paid for. It was an ADA room, felt bad about taking that from a person that might have needed it… I would stay here again but will confirm over and over that the pool is available (if advertised) and I that the correct room is reserved. This shouldn’t be my responsibility as a customer "

"The location is good in terms of being downtown and close to all the businesses. It is an urban area so there are some strange people. The hotel is well managed. Security is good."
