Everything was magn̈ificent, the food was very nice. The room was spotless ànd my wheelchair ramp was left on the plane. He never complained about helping me. They called 911 to help me into bed. Boy those Louisiana guys are gorgeous. Lol

Traveling with with spouse and two daughters, and booked and prepaid for 2 double/queens beds. We had been traveling all day. Arrived at the hotel to discover that they had no rooms to which I prepaid. We had to settle for a pull out couch. Again, not very happy about how this worked out.
