"Notre famille était à Hanoï pour la première fois et ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle grâce au personnel gentil et responsable de l'hôtel Royal Palace, en particulier Jimmi, qui s'assure que tout se passe bien pendant notre séjour à Hanoï ainsi qu'à Sapa. Il venait nous voir chaque jour et demandait même si la limousine VIP qu'ils avaient arrangée était confortable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour son emplacement, son petit-déjeuner, son prix et surtout pour son personnel courtois. Merci encore, Jimmi ! Bonne chance !"
