The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were huge and very comfortable. Room was lovely and clean. Location is great, right in the middle of everything but our room was still silent as it was off the street. I have to leave at 5am and the staff packed me a breakfast to go.

The hotel staff was really nice and allowed us to leave our luggage before checkin time at the hotel as we arrived early in the morning. They even offered an extra breakfast for that day. The room was nice and clean.

First of all Angela was an excellent host. She is the best. I've never been in a hotel with such amazing staff. The room was fine and quite spacious, with super comfy bed. Might be a bit noisy at night but all good overall. Breakfast very good with lots of choices and also the chef would cook for you additional stuff. We had an amazing stay and they even offered us to have a quick shower after all day we visited Hanoi, this was just epic.

Exceptional Staff, the hospitality goes above and beyond. We arrived late but was greeted with a cold room (they turned on the AC prior to our arrival). Staff was also very friendly and chatted with all the customers about their daily activities. They also have a shower for use after we were checked out. Breakfast was small but the quality was great. It was a great meal to start off the day. They also helped us organized all the tours for the trip.

Absolutely not what is in the pictures. Our shower flooded and had sewer smell. Not worth the price. We stayed at other hotels around this same price point. This was the grossest. The staff member who checked us in was cold and unhelpful. Location is good. Does not look like the pics. Luckily we only stayed one night.

Apesar da recepcionista ser um amor, o hotel está bem antigo. Piso estragado, box e cuba do banheiro entupidos. Teto com mofo. Precisam urgente de uma reforma. Fiquem atentos ao escolher hotéis em Hanoi, as fotos são muito manipuladas e comentários com nota alta geralmente pelos funcionários, que são extremamente solícitos! 😁
