"My husband and I stayed here for 1 night, wish we had stayed longer! Hotel was so much fun, most of the staff were friendly with the 1 exception in the 2nd floor bar. The bartender was rude and made an absolutely horrible drink (vodka was horrible), we tried to tell him but he wouldn't even look at us even though there was no one else there besides a co-worker of his. We wanted to go the the sports bar but never made it. The indoor pool was great and the lifeguard on duty was very friendly and informative! Can't wait to go back! We won't let 1 bad employee ruin this review - there is always 1 bad apple in the bunch..."

"The stay was STUNNING and exactly what my wife and I were looking for. It was clean, the hosts communicated well, it was perfect. The views were incredible. I've never experienced something like this before and can't wait to come back. You're far enough from everything so if you want to do disconnect completely you can but it's also a short drive from great restaurant and hiking trails. "

"This is a long overdue review. We booked this as a goof, thinking it would be some wacky disaster that might lead to a good story. Instead, we were blown away by how awesome it is. The cabins are small, so don't ignore the descriptions. They're a place to sleep and keep your stuff. That's by design. The rest of the property is beautiful with a shared outdoor seating area and cabin porches that foster community with fellow travelers and then separate outdoor gathering areas for the other rentals on the property. I need to stop here and focus on the hosts. Mike and Deb are some of the kindest, warmest people I've met in my life, full stop. They were as hands on as we desired and incredibly helpful with suggested places to visit, eat, etc. I felt like we made two great friends instead of just having great hosts. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you want to get away from the insanity of suburban or city living or just like being up in the fresh mountain air, Property of Bigfoot or any of their other rentals are home runs. Thank you, Mike and Deb. "
