"The pool is amazing , also the staff are very friendly .The breakfast buffet have lot of options . The jacuzzi is more like a small pool on the side because not hot water coming out . The service from the hotel is 5 star , I especially recommend to eat in the Hotel because the food on the street is not safe of bacteria because of the hot weather now in Cartagena ; my husband got a bacteria for eating in a popular fish restaurant and got dehydrate next day , the Hotel have a contract with a medical office and they came to our room in minutes with fluids and medications all this free of any charge . It is important to know that you can have medical services if needed when you travel without cost. Thank you for the hospitality and services."

"Beautiful hotel perfect for families. We loved how nice and friendly all the staff were and the common areas, Gardens, restaurants and pools nice and clean. However the room we stood was a little outdated and the bath tub in the bathroom was very high making it very difficult for kids and dangerous to go in and out. Overall we enjoyed our stay! "
