Comfortable and Spacious 3 Bedroom Home

Private newly remodeled home in nice suburban nieghborhod. Home is located 2.6 miles away from the Jordan Creek Town Center which has an abundance of shopping and dining options. It is also less than ten miles to Des Moines.

The interior features a living room, dining area, recently remodeled working kitchen, 1.5 baths, and 2 bedrooms on the main level. There is also a finished basement that includes a bedroom, family room with large screen tv and laundry area.

Feel free to make use of our fully stocked kitchen that includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer and standard appliances (keurig, toaster, blender, crock pot, and electric can opener). Plates, utensils, glasses, and mugs are also available.

The home is handicap accessible with a ramp in the garage and handicap shower on the main level.

Multi-car driveway is available for off-street parking.

There is a desk on the main level as well as in the finished basement.

Each level has a TV with cable tv.

Lock box contains a key and a code to access the box will be provided

The home was exceptionally clean and well stocked with amenities (soap, shampoo/conditioner, towels, extra pillows and blankets), which made for a very comfortable stay. The location is ideal, close to all shopping and restaurants in West Des Moines and easy access to the interstate system. The host Tom was great with responding to our questions. We have stayed here twice now, and would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect house

We were coming into town for a quick trip to visit Blank Park Zoo. This house worked perfectly for our family. My children loved sleeping in the basement (their favorite part of the trip). The house was well maintained, cleaned, and stocked. The deck was beautiful, but sadly it was too hot to play outside the one full day we were there. The host replied quickly to any questions I had and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet.

Family gathering

We had a gathering for our adult daughter’s birthday with several family members and this was the perfect space for what we were looking for. The property is as listed, with a good amount of space for our group of 8. We had plenty of space to lounge with comfortable furnishings, and a nice dining room table to play board and card games. The location in town was very convenient to dining and shopping areas and easy access to the interstates. We would definitely book this property again in the future!

The house was the perfect size! It is set up perfectly if you have little ones. A baby gate on the stairs and high chair and step stools. Large deck we didn’t use in January. We would stay here again!
