The hotel was nice but the guy the checked us in Mike was rude and through our keys on counter and grabbed the paper roughly off counter didn’t give us directions on how to get to our room. We are from out of state and here for our daughter’s surgery we don’t stay at places to get treated that way.

Over all good stay. They need to fix the elevators. 2 elevators, 1st night only one working next morning both down.

Main problem was the elevator was out of service and we were on 5th floor. Signs were very confusing on which elevator to go to and the hosts yelling at us to go the other elevator. Otherwise we had a great stay.
