It is an ideal location for those seeking easy access to both the surrounding foothills and big city lights of Denver. If you are looking for a retreat that offers everyone in your party privacy...then this townhome has exactly what you need. Each bedroom is appointed with its own private en suite and television...which gives each person a chance to relax and unwind in their own space. We have also provided a washer and dryer for those who may wish to stay longer or didn't pack accordingly.

If you're looking for a place that has a fully decked out kitchen with brand new appliances, dishes, and utensils you don't need to look any further. This place is a great place to stay if you want a little distance from downtown and easy access to the mountains. There are some good eatery options close by in Belmar. Very clean, cute property with a well stocked kitchen.

Great stay!

We stayed a long weekend for my daughter’s baby shower. The condo was perfect. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath, very nice. The beds are very comfortable and linens nice. It was spotlessly clean. Also convenient to have the use of the garage. It’s in a great location, for us anyway. It is quiet. I will be returning and will not hesitate to rent again. Owners are very responsive

My husband and our adult children and their partners stayed together at Tammy’s condo while attending a family wedding in Denver. The condo was immaculate and having a private bath room for each couple was great. Super location too! Perfect for Red Rocks

We were looking for a landing zone for a long weekend visit to Red Rocks and this worked great! Parking was easy, townhome was clean, owners communicated easily. We had a minor issue we shared and they responded fast. We were three adults and had plenty of space - the house could easily fit three couples or a family. Access to restaurants, tourist sites, and Red Rocks was all easy. There's a rec center nearby and a track as well so staying active was also simple. We would return!

Colorado Sparkler

My family and I were traveling from Michigan to Colorado for a softball tournament. We were going to be there for 6 days and wanted convenience as well as proximity....our games were in Lakewood, Golden and Arvada. So we were in the perfect spot! This condo had everything! Every room had an en suite and the laundry room allowed us to keep up with dirty uniforms. The hosts were accommodating and allowed us a late check out when my daughter's softball game ran late. Definitely want to make this trip again! Fun note, not a complaint, but we had to rent a full size SUV because of the luggage and softball bags. When we reached the condo we realized the SUV would not fit in the garage! Lol! Luckily there were plenty of spots in the overflow lot!
