The room was very clean and the staff were very kind! The lobby was beautiful and decorated for Christmas and the location was perfect. However, the decor was extremely outdated, the bathtub needs replacing, and it would be helpful if there were USB charging plugs near the bedside table.

The staff, services and stay was amazing during our time here at the Fairmont Waterfront. The location of the hotel is very convenient and we liked going on walks during the evening around the waterfront just to get our steps in, which also included a beautiful view of the other side of the city and a few informative signs that told passerby’s a but if Vancouver and BC’s historical events and people. Many restaurants and shopping places were within a short walking distance. During our time here, the Fairmont provided us with Le Labo Rose 31 shampoo, soaps, conditioners, lotion and shower gel. The team answered our questions and provided us with extra amenities in a short and timely manner all were extremely polite and provided great hospitality. There was an ice machine and water refill station on our floor, which made it very convenient for us. I would recommend friends and family to stay here and would definitely come back when around town again.
