"Hotel is way overpriced for the service. Another problem - As soon as you step out of Taxi and you’re surrounded by many staff members like vultures. It is one of the most annoying experience. I can roll my 15 kg rolling bag that they will take over for getting paid."

"There is no doubt that ITC Maurya is 5* hotel however the service I received and the some of the food I ate was 3* quality. I did expect better and was disappointed. I would come back on my own terms however not enough was made to impress me to properly change my experience. Offering me a free dinner isn’t good enough. Nothing stops me staying at a different hotel next time I’m in Delhi. A one off incident is fine and passable. Please don’t make this a constant. "
