We had a great stay at the hotel- the room was spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet could be improved to include a wider selection of options. Staff were friendly and were generally eager to help. The spa was fantastic, we had treatments and both staff delivered fabulous massages! We used the hotel car services for a few days and a massive thank you to Rajan for his professional and excellent services- he is a true asset to this hotel!! The only improvements suggested would be for more signage around the hotel as there are different towers and something to make the corridors smell nice as they do not smell great. Thank you for an overall great stay!

We stayed at The Leela Ambience Hotel for our Honeymoon. If you are visiting this place for honeymoon, anniversary or a romantic couple getaway must consider the upgrade to premium suite. Its totally worth it. We really loved this place. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us all the time. Everyone with smile and greetings like hello or namaste all the time. I wish i had wrote names of everyone who helped us and took care of us. However, i remember some. Sumit at restaurant Cafe Knosh is a very pleasant and great at service. Also, Mr Purshotam at the ground floor, i don’t know which position he is at, concierge or guest service but he was there all the time taking care of us if we need taxi or any help, very nice and kind person. The buffet at Cafe Knosh is totally worth it, variety of food and desserts. The front desk staff was also amazing. I wish we had more days in Delhi. We didn’t had enough time to enjoy the pool, spa, fitness center and other activities provided by the hotel. If we ever come back to Delhi, we will definitely stay again at The Leela Ambience Hotel :)

The Leela always amazes! Restaurants and breakfasts are amazing! Ate some of the best Indian food of our trip! Received an amazing massage at the spa, always a highlight. What really delights with all my stays at the Leela are the staff. They are so helpful and will go above and beyond. During our stay I got a bit sick and needed some medicine, I'd called asking where we could find a drug store of pharmacy but instead was offered a ride to the closest one. Which was so helpful as we'd learned Google/Apple maps was not a reliable source! They also offer late check-out for a reasonable price when your flight doesn't leave until late at night.
