The apartment was very comfortable for a family of 5. It gave us privacy, and we had everything we needed. They even offer a complimentary laundry area. The mattress was too hard for me, but everything else worked out for us. Convenient location with easy access to 101. Breakfast was very well prepared. The area was clean and the lady helping us did a great job.

Worn out

This hotel is very dated. No elevator to upper floors with all our bags for the airport. The room is dingy, worn out, had stains all over the carpet and towels in the kitchen, the couch had a piece of fabric tacked on to the arm, the sofa bed was really uncomfortable and the couch itself was really uncomfortable. Beds were firm. Curtains had holes.

comfortable accommodations , reasonably priced

check in was easy, front desk was helpful, when I told them the ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work they, immediately gave me a bag of ice Prefer a firmer mattress no guide in the tv, you have to use channel up button to go through all the channels to see whats on, no info button either breakfast was good, cheese omelets, sausage patties and breakfast potatoes, cereal and pancakes also available on Saturday Sunday was scrambled eggs, and ham Monday was scrambled eggs and sausage links every day there was yogurt, bagels , toast and muffins,juice and coffee

The property is very dated…. Even has a vcr and an old iPhone charger next to the bed. Carpet and couch were torn. Definitely could use an update. Howeve, had lots of space and easy can transfer to airport!

Not a place to stay

We flew into SF airport and needed an overnight hotel and it has excellent reviews. I would not recommend it at all. It was extremely dirty and not well taken care of at all. The carpet was not vacuumed and there was mold in the bathroom.
