Summer Fun

The open floor plan was great for spending time together. The bedrooms allowed for privacy when it was time to rest. The outside space was as described. The pool is badly in need of repair. But, it was sparkling clean and great for cooling off in July! We had a lovely time staying there with our grandkids!

Clean & great communication

We had no issues with the property at all. It was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the back room (enclosed garage) to hang out in. Had everything we needed. I’m not a huge fan of the neighborhood, but it seems safe and we had no issues.

The property was as listed. It is very cozy and has a comfortable layout. The directions led us right to to, and there was no trouble getting into the home. I would highly recommend and rent here again the future.

Coming back to the great Texas from college

It was a amazing stay with tons of amenities that I just kept finding thought the night like little Easter eggs, she even had 14lb of ice ready for us when we arrived, the house is very nice a extremely spacious for its size, this was well worth the stay and the money!

Comfortable and open

This house was great for our family and friends. Th elocations was good. Thes house was open and housed all 8 of us without feeling cramped. I really loved the kitchen. The pool and mini golf was great. We all had a great exerience. A few things that could be improved: A little more clean in the bathrooms. Include bigger serving bowls Need Blankets on the kids bunk room beds. A grill would have been awesome. But this was great for us. Good job.

Great home for longer stay

My girls and I loved staying at Nancy’s place in the colony. The home is tastefully done and amazingly had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. The home is beautiful and has many great features but my favorite were the TWO washers and dryers. Laundry has never been so quickly wrapped up! I fully intend to duplicate this at my home. The girls loved the mini golf, and the ability to use streaming services on the televisions. Communication with the host was fast and responsive to any issues. We would stay again if we ever needed to.

Staycation

This was a nice get away for our family as school will start next week for us. Pool was the reason we wanted house current temp here is 104+. Chlorine levels were really high and should be monitored but overall stay was really nice for our family. House was clean and ready for us when we got there. Thanks!

Cheer Comp Weekend

The house was perfect for our family to stay while we were in town for our daughter’s cheer competition at Ford Center. The space was very clean and the yard was well maintained. The bedrooms were perfect for the adults and children that stayed with us. We will definitely book again in the future.

What the heck?!

Immensely disappointed upon entering the house, when I saw how dirty the walls were! To make matters worse, the first night at the house, there was a huge cockroach crawling on the wall in the living room. Needless to say, I was very grossed out! The house didn’t have any extra rolls of paper towels or small trash liners. It was a huge inconvenience to take the trash out to the bins, since the bins were behind the house. The garage was locked, and so was the backyard fence door. Hence the only way to get to the trash bins was to go around the back through a narrow dirt road alleyway.

The house was in a great area close to the wedding venue we were in town for. Lots of great restaurants near by. The house was comfortable for the 7 of us. The host was very responsive!

Girls Weekend

House is set up for a large group. Bunk beds are for kid size people not adults. We had 11 adults. Backyard is not set up for visiting- furniture is well worn. BBQ Grill is charcoal and not useable. Great location for tasty restaurants.
