Yes the staff was very courteous. Staff did a great drop cleaning the room. Overall the staff did good. I didn't really like some of the guest was smoking weed in there rooms and it was strong and breakfast could be better the eggs got to much water in it

I felt very unsafe at this hotel. First someone tried to get in my room. I asked to be moved to the first floor and while trying to get down there the person that tried to get in my room came out to the elevator. I wouldn't go in it with him and waited and then when it came back up, he was still in it. Then he got off on a different floor and instead of turning to go to the rooms, he just stayed at the elevator. The person at the front desk told me he thought he knew who it was and had kicked him out, but it wasn't the same person. He said the other person was acting very weird as well and other customers told him that so he was kicked out. But if there is more than one, this is most definitely a problem. Because I was on the first floor, I was given a handicapped room. The shower flooded and instead of the overflow draining into the extra drain on the floor, it went around it and flooded the bathroom. None of the electrical outlets in the bathroom worked either. This isn't your place to stay.

The location requires a $50 deposit upon checking in - after I left they called me to tell me they could not refund due to an issue with my bank. After contacting my bank I discovered the hotel was sending incorrect info on the refund. Three months later I still have not received a callback from GM Patel and still not gotten this resolved. Horrible, horrible, horrible is all I can say for their handling.

It's always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Love being able to check in from my phone and having options to check out later and pay for my dog to stay too.
